Albanian society has its own social, economic and cultural characteristics, characteristics that set it apart from the societies of other countries. Indeed, it is impossible to write about a society without analyzing its social, cultural, economic and political structure. Many times we have heard it openly said that "this country has ended" and "this country cannot be done." Unfortunately, this kind of statement, which carries a certain tragedy, is true. In fact, this contingent of individuals, which was a mix of former security guards and former high-ranking officials of the Party and the communist state, was joined by the part of ordinary gangsters, who are usually found in every society. Thus, the foundations of a criminalized society were successfully laid. Today, 30 years later - crime, corruption and the mafia have captured the Albanian State as well.
